Primark.
Working with VGL, Dunthorne Design worked with Primark for many years taking briefs and designing solutions for displays and focal points, here’s a few of our favourites…

Oversize Mascara.
Provided with only a preproduction mascara to work from, we scaled up the design, created the artwork, colour matched the rose gold finish (by printing onto silver vinyl) and created a proof of concept. Once approved, assembly instructions were also drawn up, so over 100 could be shipped out for the flagship windows displays.
Wellness popup.
To launch the Primark Wellness range we worked with primark to create a series of sustainable furniture and signage. Raw dufaylite was used to reinforce the eco credentials of the range. A large range of items were created including, clothes rails, hangers, podiums, display stands strut cards and signage. The popup was well received.
Wood Effect Table.
This brief was to create a cardboard cover for the metal ‘bedstead’ tables that are ubiquitous in Primarks window displays. The concept was to create a thick wood effect table to display homewears, whilst totally concealing the frame. It would need to be flat packed for transit and easy enough for the instore VM team to assemble.
